Champions Online Meet the Team Introduces Nellie Hughes

Cryptic Studios is one of those companies that makes an effort to recognize individual developers. It latest Meet the Team introduces content designer Nellie Hughes. She’s been with Cryptic since her college graduation two and a half years ago.

Hughes started out working on City of Villains, and is currently on the Champions Online team. Her job is to put together missions and populate the zones.

Her advice for people wanting to break into the game design:

If you’re really passionate about it, keep trying to do what you want. Make your own design docs or work on a mod so that you have something to show when you’re trying to get your ideas across.
