i am a Xbox 360 fan over the PS3 and i laugh at those comments. There is NO way in the world the Xbox 360 is the most “Reliable” videogame box. There is no reason for me to get a PS3, but its more reliable than any Xbox 360.

Red Ring of death? hmmm. My friend works at bestbuy and returns for warrinty repair, you be sure in the pile of send outs there will be 1. an Ipod and 2. Xbox 360 sent out for repair.

PS3=Reliable (not many good games)
Xbox 360 = Not Reliable, cross your fingers, knock on wood it works. (lots of games)

this is my oppinion so dont start a PS3 vs Xbox 360 flame war. I may get a PS3 when a game i like is out for it i cannot get on the Xbox 360.

Reliable?? i laugh at you MR Gates.

playstation did it properly and delayed the launch untill they had a reliable system

you think you had it bad william, im still waiting for them to send me the stickers to get my 360 back to them, and i’ve been waiting since the end of september!

i too have got a new one, and will probably end up selling my broken one.
think they’re being sold on ebay for about £40-60

I don’t see how he could possibly claim that the 360 is reliable. The system itself is junk. Xbox 360 is great right now because it has the best games.

“We did that for free for all those people; we’ve gotten a lot of positive feedback about the way we handled it.”

I also find this statement a bit alarming. Who out there is happy how they handled replacing systems? I had to wait so long for mine to get sent back to me that I just went and bought a new one and then sold the old one for half of what it was worth when I got it back. How is that a great way to handle it? The turn-around time for getting your Xbox fixed is simply terrible.
