Technically its at the same time as the European launch.. which is slated for the 19th.

Great! So I bought the game almost a year ago and now I have to wait a week longer to get the enhanced patch than those who are just buying the game. Wonderful.

At least those of us who bought the game earlier will be getting it I suppose, but still irritating.
