CCP: Hacked Account Warning for EVE Online Players

CCP has issued a warning to EVE Online players concerning a rash of hacked accounts and similar issues. The problems seem to be centered around a specific site that deals in selling EVE ISK and ETCs.
We have had a number of cases recently with hacked accounts and similar issues and we have found that a lot of them are directly connected to a certain website. This website sells ISK and supposedly EVE Time Codes (ETCs), though the ETCs always turn out to be faulty or already used.
This is a tried and true method for companies that specialize in Gold Farming. The risk isn’t limited to EVE players in the least. You too could be victimized while taking the easy way out for your favorite MMO.
Once again, if the deal seems to good to be true, it probably is.
