Right now, if you type in “Starcraft2.com” into your browser, it redirects you to a teaser site for Blizzard. The same thing happens if you type in any other Blizzard title, followed by “.com” which seems to indicate plans to build a future site for Starcraft 2. starcraft Starcraft and Broodwar Patched to 1.15As we await the big news from Korea this week about a potential Starcraft continuation those still playing the classic game will need to update to the newly released 1.15 patch.

1.15 is really a minor patch that addresses a vulture hack, some rally point exploits and problems with the Macintosh client but league organizers will be thrilled to see support for Starcraft leagues added in as well.

There can’t be too many more problems left for Blizzard to remedy can there? Starcraft is pushing a decade of life (only a slight exaggeration) but its admirable that the company is still supporting and fixing it. How many other companies are still doing that for games released in 1998?
