streetfighterhdremix1 11 Capcom Explains Why There Wont be a PS3 Beta for Super Street Fighter II Turbo HD RemixWhen Capcom announced that people who purchased Commandos 3 over Xbox Live would also get access to a beta of Super Street Fighter II Turbo HD Remix, a few questions were raised. Chief among those came from PS3 owners, who collectively asked, “Hey, what about us?” Rather than leave that up to internet speculation as developers usually do, Capcom has decided to explain in great detail just why there won’t be a beta for the game on the PS3. It basically comes down to three main factors though: they don’t have enough resources to cover both systems, any issues found in one version can be fixed for both, and doing a beta for both platforms would have pushed the final release back several months. Of course, they don’t mention why they went with the Xbox Live beta over a Playstation Network one, but I have a feeling plenty of people on the internet have their own opinions on that.

who cares, one level with Ken and Ryu, and $10 to play the beta? they should be paying us… I can wait for the release… I have both systems, but prefer my Ps3… I want this game but $10 for a beta? sheeesh… ok, ok I know you get commando 3, but who want’s that crap? Ohhh please!!! Developers hate PS3 with it’s bloated ridiculously over-complex non-gaming optimized, old gen GPU architecture!

You definitely right developers chose Sony. Microsoft can’t try to beat Sony legit because they will die in heart bit they just have Halo and that’s it. Sony has so many games that they make i can’t begin to type a list it will just take forever to finish it. Capcom sucks anyways they are not loyal to their country or their people they just love money as they should. This beta won’t be a huge deal the game is lame anyways this year the PLAYSTATION 3 will send Microsoft’s Xbox 360 to the its Graveyard for good RIP Xbox 360 Death Certificate  2005-2008

I honestly think “Super Street Fighter II Turbo HD Remix” will be just a novelty game more than anything else, so meh Xbox can have their beta. I will want to play the game but only to remind me why I did and still do love gaming.

PS3, Xbox 360, WII, PC, who cares, just keep gaming!

Capcom do not suck. They were and are one of the best games companies out there. They released some excellent games in the 80’s, classics like 1942, Commando and Ghosts n’ Goblins. They still make great games now, i.e. Resident Evil for a quick example.

oviouly u dont know nothing about consoles, developers are makeing games first on the PS3 cuz its much easier and better, for exaple COD4  that game was developed in PS3 and then ported to the 360…ha haa and the 360 cant handle COD4,many people said that while playing COD4 there 360 overheated.
Burnout Paradise was made on PS3 and ported to 360 and all developers are doing this cuz the PS3 is BETTER.
crisys is comeing to the PS# and the developers said noting about 360 cuz it cant hadle it.
GTA:san andreas will come for PS3 only, cuz the game is too big and it will only play on blue-ray….so please just just up “Next-gen gamer”.

Ya Sony doesnt need to spend billions of dallars to get exclusives content only. Beta would have been nice but sony is fair and let developer come to them. PS3 is the bnest and now is getting more games. Rockstar is now only developing for PS3(after GTA 4) microsoft paid billions for exclusive content that ended up only being a timed exclusive. o well sony does have something big in stored and im excited for it.
