Starting at 12 noon (PST) on Friday, December 5, Limited Collector’s Edition owners of Call of Duty: World at War on PC and 360 will be able to earn double experience points when playing multiplayer.
Access to the Double XP “Officer’s Club” playlists will require Xbox 360 Limited Collector’s Edition owners to have successfully activated their copies of Call of Duty: World at War. Owners will see the “Officer’s Club” show up in the player match playlists screen. For PC Limited Collector’s Edition owners, they can simply join any server during the Double XP week and be rewarded with twice the experience.
The Double XP week will end on 11:59 a.m PST. on Friday, December 12. For all the gory details and an FAQ, check out the official Call of Duty Headquarters here.

I am one of the lucky few that decided against the collectors edition, with the double xp week, was it really worth what they paid. Well no!! The double xp can be used by everybody that joins their friends in a game, which defeats the whole objective. With all the other problems that the game is facing like server crashes, server account resets, glitchs and the so call dlc which isnt coming out till early next year, in reality is this game worth the money you want to spend on it I say no. Until all issues are sorted you’ll spend half your time shouting at the screen or throwing your controller. I say wait until after xmas and see if the issues are sorted first. And as for the support you’ll be lucky to get any, they seem to be counting their bonuses then looking after there followers within the gaming community!!
How many double exp weeks will there be? i have it and want to know if there will be more than this one. Please reply to declanfog@googlemail.com
