Call of Duty 4 Public Beta Today

Just in case you missed it, a reminder that the CoD4 multiplayer public beta sign-ups begin today at 12pm PDT. The public beta, of course, is for Xbox 360 owners only (Boo!). Call Of Duty 4: Modern Warfare will hit shelves November 5th for PC, Xbox 360, & Playstation 3.
I guess that means the PS3 & PC beta begins November 5th. *chuckle*

I am an admitted Halo fan, but this caught me by surprise when I had a chance to try the CoD4 Beta a little earlier than most. Halo-3 better be at least this good, because I may have found my new favourite multiplayer game.

somewhat i know what you mean. To be honest with you, I was not a huge fan of Call of Duty 1 or 2. I liked the games, but didn’t love them. COD 3 seemed like basically Call of Duty 2 1/2. I did not expect much from 4 and have been blown away. This game is an absolute “must have”. I am typically very critical of games, but there’s not many negative aspects to this one at all.
COD4 will be a complete blast for anyone who loves multiplayer combat. Of course, I will be playing Halo 3 more than anything else, but this game may easily become my #2 game at the end of this year.

Used to like the COD seires until i played the new Airborne demo,the ai and gameplay is tight.But i still want to play COD4
