i got problem with that stupid downloading game settings i w8 ages and i don’t go to a lobby
and it crash all ways

has any one had probelms with the sound going and then ur gameing freezing and ur screen just turn blk then you have to reset it over and over agen b4 it even shows that the call of duty 4 disc is in the ps3

aaaggghhh i keep getting xp and when u finish a game my xp status bar went over the top and said -362 even if i get a good score in the game and it wont level me up any ideas?

when i go online for the ps3 and look for a game “downloading game settings takes about 10-35 minutes or even an hour before i could play can somebody tell me if all my stuuf will be saved on my psn account because i am planning to delete my cod4 memory in my ps3

ok im havin serouse issues when playin call of duty 4 online i manage to get it loaded and join a game but when the game finishes the whole thing crashes i have to turn my ps3 off then back on again it’s really startin to piss me of…..has anyone else havin this problem?

There is NO WAY IN HELL you'll get the entire multiplayer experience just buying ONE release. No way. They have a golden opportunity to sell one game for the price of three here, and given everything else Activision have said, there is NO WAY they aren't going to push that concept as far as they think they can get away with. chat

I have been playing COD 4 online whilst recovering from an operation. while it is a realy good game (and the first i’ve played online) my weapon attachments do not appear when I join a game (the perks do though!) this is realy frustrating. can anyone please advise what I’m doing wrong?

same thing happens on cod5.. after every game it say connection to server timed out.. it happens to every one

can any one tell me how do you host a game on call of duty 4 online i`m sick and tired of the host ending the game!!! nine times in fifteen minutes today bloody annoying thats what it is. decent players need decent games. please help so me and my mates can have a full game online without getting started then getting kicked off just because the host doesnt want to play!

Simple solution.
This will solve the problem temporarily. Once you get to the lobby screen with the map in the bottom left corner and waiting for 5 (varies whatever game type your playing) other players, unplug your modem/router for a few seconds and plug back in. When you get back to the PS3 it will say you are logged out of the PSNetwork which wait until your modem/router is connected again (could be a couple of minutes.. lights) and press the reconnect button and you will connect to a game right away. Ever since I changed my ISP a couple of days ago this has to be done everytime I turn the game back on, with my old ISP I never had this problem.

I just bought this game and I it wont let me download update 1.3 so i cant even get online. It starts to download but once it hits 6% it freezes every time, no matter what. Does anyone else have this problem or does anyone have a solution to this problem? It would be greatly appreciated.

Are activision going to fix this, its the same problems for over a year now. Stop working on COD6 and fix COD4. NOW
