E3 2007: Call of Duty 4 Multiplayer Beta Announced for XBox Live, Along With Resident Evil 5 Trailer

Onstage at the E3 Microsoft Press Event tonight, the folks from Infinity Ward made a huge announcement. After showing off some great in-game footage from the upcoming modern combat title, Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare, the real bombshell dropped.
Infinity Ward is tossing out a multiplayer combat demo on XBox Live. They were sparse on details onstage, but you can visit the game’s official site for more details. Of course, as soon as this announcement hit, the site went straight down the tubes. Patience is a virtue!
Also, a teaser from Resident Evil 5 was played, and it looked amazing. The full version of the trailer will be available on XBox Live Marketplace July 26.
Yes the demand for COD4 online beta brought the site to its knees. I have a screen shot of that but dont know how to attach photos here. I would like to sign up for that Beta, watching the E3 from MS on Gamespot.com was great. COD4 looks cool, as well as many other games i look forward to. I think its alot better than forcing me to buy a game with the beta attached. Like Crackdown did for Halo 3.

daniel and juvenile soldier, you get it by going to the website. click beta and hit enter now (its not open yet though). you have to answer 3 trivia questions with perfect punctuation (idk why lol). like this: “The original ‘Call of Duty’ game was about the era of World War Two.”
when i go to the beta section of the site it tells me to hold up and that it needs me to confirm my registration by clicking some confirmation link in my charlieoscardelta.com welcome email, dont think i ever got one tho
should i make another account thing and try again?
