diablo 2 was a REHASH of diablo 1 BF2 was a REHASH of bf1942, just accept it live is just remakings of great things you gonna cry if it look like d2 ? ITS DIABLO FOR CHIRST SAKE its supposed to look all the same Idiots… sc2 will look like sc 1 but its still not the same

I disagree Fokus, part of what was so awesome about the first two games was the top-down view. There really isn’t too much else they can do. A first or third person view in a Diablo game would just not feel right. Of course, I’m sure if they did that, people like you would bitch about them leaving the original style.

Blizzard you fool, Diablo 3 was your chance to move the series beyond the birdseye view hacknslash. They’re going to really need to nail the story and gameplay to pull this off. Otherwise its going to feel like a rehash of Diablo 2.
