KOEI has announced that a demo of its historical action slasher Bladestorm: The Hundred Years’ War will be available on Xbox Live and PlayStation Network this Thursday, well ahead of its November retail release.

Bladestorm chronicles the Hundred Years War fought between England and France over English claim to the French throne. These four conflicts actually took place over a period of 116 years earning the turbulent period its name. The conflicts most infamous and bloody battles are promised along with appearances from historical figures such as Jeanne d’Arc and Edward, the Black Prince.

Apparently PSW has given Bladestorm an 8/10 rating so it should be well worth checking out for action fans and history buffs alike.

Oh hey look another mindless button mashing game, WHEN WILL IT END.

Dynasty Warriors and Samurai Warriors have been the exact same game ever since the two series started and this looks to be somewhat similar with the combo meter and kill counter indicating it’ll be the same game with different graphics.
