Bioshock Developer Diary Video

A new developer diary video was released today that gives us a look inside of the developer’s heads on what they wanted to do differently with Bioshock that would have it stand out from other FPS games. According to the developers, the current state of FPS games is one they wanted to break away from, giving each player a unique experience every time they play Bioshock.

The video goes on to explain the relationship between the little sister and the big daddies as well as further describing the speed and ferocity of the big daddies. Each and every time the player goes up against the big daddy, you can expect the battle to be a fierce one. Players are encouraged to use the environment and strategy when fighting a big daddy, instead of attempting to attack them head on.
