BioShock Collector’s Edition Box Revealed With Included Big Daddy

One thing that I’ve had a problem with in the past is whenever there’s a collector’s edition of a game, they hand me the game, and then proceed to hand me all of the various items that come with the “collector’s edition”.
Well, 2K Games continues to make the BioShock Collector’s Edition even more awesomer than I could hope for by including the amazingly detailed Big Daddy figurine in the collector’s edition box as you can see pictured above. This makes me a happy gamer too because now I don’t have to bite my nails nervously when I pick up my collector’s edition cause I’ll know everything is in one nice, neat little package rather than being handed 5 or 6 different items.
I tell ya, that $69.99 price for the collector’s edition is looking like a bargain with the amount of detail that’s going into it.
The form of the big daddy is nice, but the pose could be better, and the paint job is absolutely terrible. I hope that is the prototype figure they have pictured. But, I doubt that box is real.
@Kodiak: Here is an article that shows the amount of work and detail that went into the Big Daddy figurine. The image in this article though doesn’t do the figurine any justice at all. As for the pose, I can’t imagine a better pose than that of the Big Daddy in an attack mode position.
