Bad News: Spore Delayed Even Further

A recent press report is showing that Will Wright’s Spore isn’t listed on EA’s fiscal calendar for 2008. So what does that mean? It means that the next project from the creator of Sim City and the Sims isn’t going to be available until March 2008 at the earliest. This is quite a big jump from earlier speculations that the game would be out by late 2007. Hopefully they can give us an actual release date before too long. I’d hate to see this one get slowed down forever in the muck that is development hell. I’m looking forward to making up my own backwards species.
