Angels Online GvG: Totem Skirmish

IGG’s Angels Online is adding a new feature to encourage Guild vs. Guild combat; the Totem Skirmish. Between 20:00~22:00 EST (GMT-5) everyday, guilds are invited to battle it out for Riddle Pieces. The three teams with the most Riddle Pieces from each faction will be granted Totems and some prime territory.
It seems that everywhere you turn; MMOs are doing more to encourage GvG play. I don’t think this is a passing phase. It all relates back to how video games are changing and the reason why MMOs are proliferating at an exponential rate. Gamers have discovered a convenient way to play and be social without having to spend money on gas or deal with the added stress of commute time to actually leave the house to go visit their friends. You don’t even have to waste water showering or washing clothes when you can wear sleepwear all day. I guess the money you save on all that can pay for those monthly subscriptions and microtransactions.
