All I Want for Chrstmas is KOTOR 3

Xbox News is tipping off gamers that the latest title in the Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic series may be out for Christmas… or at least 2008. The US Official Xbox Magazine suggests the BioWare title KOTOR 3, not the MMO, may be available as soon as Christmas. However, there is no confirmation from BioWare on the game itself or what platforms it’s being released on. I guess we’ll all just have to wait for Microsoft’s conference at E3 and hope for more details then.

hell were not gonna get any real feed back about kotor 3 until Biowares Mass Effect game comes out, they don’t wanna ruin sales by saying there making kotor 3 and then everybody loses interest in Mass Effect. But hey if Bioware does make kotor which i believe they will they game will kickass. There’s gonna so much to tell in kotor 3, i mean the Real Sith Lords i thought the sith lords in kotor 2 were bad ass enough, imgaine the Real Sith Lords.
My dad works at bioware it’s not gonna come out within the next 2 years, but an expansion of KOTOR 2 will come out this fall.

Koror doesn’t have friggin’ expansions, only sequels.

Yes this would be cool for the Star Wars game fans out there. May the force be with you. I wonder will Chewbacca be at the release for this one like the new PSP and so many other commercials. its HO-bacca. i tease. this game will be great.

If the game is going to come out it will be made my obsidian. And Obsidian made kotor 2 not bioware so there no way that a expansion of kotor 2 is going to be made by bioware. If there is a new game coming out its going to be another sequel.
about time i heard some new news. like smeghead said bioware made the first. the probably won’t make the third. if any one obsidian will make it
I new to this board but from the look of things, people are throwin around the idea of KOTOR 3 Wether its coming or not. What i’ve heard that Bioware is interested in making the game and has the budget for it from LucasArts and they r going to make the game around christmas or early 2008 (and i didnt hear from shawn). But in case im wrong, im sry.

It will be so amazing if this game does come out
, but i kinda doubt that it will be out by Chrismas. I hope to see Revan and the Exile again in this game and that u can choose what they look like at the start of the game when u make your character. I also really hope they have a Zeltron as one of the party members!! And for them to bring back characters like Bastila, Atton, Mira, Carth, Mission, Bao-Dur, Visas, HK-47, Canderous/Mandalore and Brianna (Handmaiden). Oh and maybe Juhani just so i can kill her again

Anyway, i just hope they make it really great this time and dont rush it, like Obsidian did with KOTOR 2.
@ Daniel W. Morton. Acually there is an expansion coming out, its not made by Obsidian though. Its called The TSL Restoration Project, made by Team Gizka. Its putting back almost all the cut content from KOTOR 2

Hahah, yeah, way too many MMOs around, let’s hope it’s not another. And a prequel would be annoying, and anticlimatic.
I didn’t mind KOTOR2 but it had nothing on 1. The only thing I preferred about it was the way that if you just left on normal attacks (not feats like Critical, Power Attack or Flurry) in lightsaber duels, you’d actually FIGHT. Clash blades and whatnot. I’d love to see a feature in KOTOR3 that, when fighting someone with a lightsaber, it would be a full-on, proper movie-style fight. Would be great if the saber styles changed your fighting style as well, I’d love to see some more wire-fu added in like they did with Episode 1-3.
That’s my take anyway, as one of the few people who liked Episode 1-3 almost as much as the originals.
But I don’t think Obsidian will make it. Their reputation has plumetted after half-botching KOTOR2, then completely botching Neverwinter Nights 2. Bioware knows the potential of KOTOR, so I think they’ll try and buy the rights back if they were sold in the first place.
And of course, it just wouldn’t be a KOTOR game without HK-47. I’m certain he’ll be back, at least.
Hey, it wasn’t Obsidian’s fault KOTOR II sucked! It was LucasArts’! They were the main planners, and they are very disorganized with the projects they uphold. They should also put saberrealistic combat. (See Jedi Knight) And lastly, I seriously doubt it will *come out* by Christmas; I predict that it will be announced then.
With an MMO – that would really suck. This is freakin’ Star Wars! And I liked Episode III the best, but I prefer the Original trilogy as a whole.

Visas doesn’t necessarily die – you can spare her and make her your dark apprentice. and no, the chars didn’t.
zalbar needs to come back with the possibility to make him jedi/sith like the glich in kotor 1 and some wepons like bacca’s ceramonel sword, and some wookiee armor, the droids i’m thinking that if bio-ware makes kotor 3 it might start out in another gallaxie becouse canderousdur found some kind of droid that led almost out of the courent galaxie that is probly were the main caricter finds reven. might even get mission back becouse she goes were zalbar goes

George Lucas has confirmed that there will not be any more Wookiee Jedi, after Tyvokka and Lowbacca.
i never herd of him secendly i think iknow why there wouldn’t be itdoen’t if the jedi code verywell partly becouse of wookiee rage found in kotor 2, but it would fit hte sith code.
