Age of Conan: The Barbarian Class

This week, Age of Conan: Hyborean Adventures takes a look at its name sake, the Barbarian class. Barbarians can be customized to suit individual needs, but the basics are an intimate familiarity with all sorts of deadly weapons, a disdain for shields and heavy armor, and a healthy dislike for magic, unless its the magic of their enemies’ skulls exploding into a fine spray of blood and chunky bits.

The Barbarian has dual weapon wielding capability and can fly into a berserker rage making them virtual killing machines. Special moves for these physically motivated warriors sound like too much fun. You’ve got to love moves like Flurry of Steel and Chaos Incarnate. The barbarian also gains the ability to completely knock out an opponent’s evade ability with stunning blows like Power Bash and Mighty Clobber.

After E3, I am looking forward to Age of Conan more than ever. (Which makes Pepe very happy)
