Activision to Replace GH3 Discs for the Wii

Last month, William informed readers of an issue with Guitar Hero III: Legends of Rock for the Wii. Some gamers had been reporting that the sound quality was mono only with zero options for stereo sound in the game. Aware of the audio output issues, Activision is presently working on the problem and will be offering a free replacement disc for the Wii in 2008.
Rhy-Ming Poon , a spokeswoman at Activision, commented: “We recently became aware that some consumers have not been able to enjoy the full audio output in the Nintendo Wii version of Guitar Hero III: Legends of Rock. We’re currently working with Nintendo and are planning to issue an improved audio experience in the game’s future versions. We expect to have remastered discs available by early 2008 and will be offering consumers replacement discs at no cost when they become available”.
So there ya go folks – Activision is making good on their mistake and it’s no wonder, with Blizzard’s money behind them now why wouldn’t they?

The Nintendo wii is the gayest system ever made. The xbox369 is much more dominant and would own the wii in a fight. It would full out bodyslam and crush the nintendos crappy hardware.
The wii is a totally epic system i meen who doesnt want to excersize evrytime they play a game. The xbox doesnt evn have any good games i meen halo 3 is horrible gears of war is garbage mass affect is stupid. The wii owns

I am excited about the replacement discs. I’d like to hear the difference between mono and stereo and see if it makes a difference
first off i dont care mine works fine and also the wii is not gay it is turning the gameing revealotion it will kill the ps3 and move on to Xbox unless they combined and form the super system its turning the fat gamers in to healthy people of the world like ddr had a purpose to turn the fat gamers in to dancers so people did not sit on there couch and play they moved and thats where games are going they aint going to lets sit and hit bottons it will be lets stand and swing wii remotes like swords and it will show up on the screen.
