A Progressive Gym Pairs Exercise with Video Games

Perhaps they’re taking a cue from the Wii. Whatever the case, it’s a good idea to try and make exercise a bit more, shall we say, interactive?
Video games at a gym in Mountain View, California require users to box, dance and jump in an effort to combine exercise with gaming. The move is intended to draw a younger crowd at this particular gym and is exclusive to teenagers, though apparently the draw is lower than the owners would like it to be.
According to the CNN article, the gym, Overtime, is still not making a profit. It’s a niche gym, for sure, and it might be that the demographic they’re trying to nail isn’t quite ready.
I’m all for video games in adult gyms. Don’t we know yet that video games aren’t just for kids?
