“Donate Games to the Troops in Iraq” Campaign Being Held by CAG

The good folks who hunt down gaming bargains to ensure your wallet stays as heavy as possible at Cheap Ass Gamer are holding a videogame drive for the troops over in Iraq. Whether you’re for the war or against it, a whole lot of troops over in Iraq could use a good distraction, and you can help by sending your new or used games.
CAG member and member of the US Navy “neushane” is currently stationed in Fallujah and will be responsible for distributing the games amongst his comrades. Once your games arrive, the recipient will be photographed with their new game, with the picture being posted to a Flickr gallery.
For more details, head over to CAG.

This is a great idea, and one that I’m going to be supporting. I’ll be sending games over, and I hope all of you will join in and do the same.
This is awesome. I’m going through my stack tonight. I’m sure I have a few I can send.
It is a nice idea. I already send games, books and DVDs to 1st Cav and 82nd Airborne soldiers. I guess I never thought about sending games to the Navy guys though. I suppose even though they aren’t on the ground, they still need games.
