‘Month of Metroid’ to Climax with Awaited Metroid Prime 3: Corruption Launch

Nintendo’s “Month of Metroid” is gearing up for the launch of the highly anticipated Metroid Prime 3: Corruption. Wii owners with WiiConnect24 have been treated to an exclusive video for Metroid Prime 3, and will continue to receive game updates via the Metroid Prime 3 Preview as the launch approaches.

To get in on all this action you must have upgraded to Wii systems update version 3, which might be problematic for players with modded Wiis.

Metroid fans can download the original game, available since August 13, from the Wii shop. Super Metroid will be available August 20.

Metroid Prime 3: Corruption concludes the trilogy’s story line and offers new puzzles, bigger adventures and more intense battles. The game will hit the shelves August 27.
